Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule
made less than 48 hours will
result in a cancellation fee.
The amount of the
fee will be $20.00(per pet).

If you are more than 10 minutes
late for your service or no show,
the appointment WILL be cancelled
and you will be charged the full price of the service your pet was scheduled to receive.

We require a credit card to hold
your appointment. Cancellation
fees will be charged to your card on file.
